About me

Every session is built around the child

I'm Nadiia — a speech-language specialist with seven years of experience supporting children's communication and development. Trained as a speech therapist (logopedist), I began my career in a therapeutic preschool in Poland, then grew from teaching assistant to therapy coordinator at SOTIS in Warsaw.

After moving to Canada I worked as a teaching assistant and built my private practice as a language tutor. Two years ago I began my path as a certified DIR/Floortime practitioner, and I'm now working toward my speech-language pathology licence in Manitoba.

What makes my work different: I build every session around the child — their interests, their strengths, their pace. When children lead, they stay engaged — and that's where real growth happens.

The approach

What is DIR/Floortime?

A developmental, relationship-based approach used in over 100 countries. Instead of focusing on compliance, we follow the child's lead through play to grow the foundations of development — shared attention, self-regulation, social connection, communication and thinking.

Parents are part of the process. I coach you along the way, so the connection and progress continue at home between our sessions.
